For over a decade, I've worked as a Service Designer and Product Lead across governments and consultancies in the UK and Canada. I excel at leading cross-functional teams from discovery through to launch, specializing in turning ambiguous organizational goals into seamless user journeys. I'm particularly at home in highly regulated environments, finding energy in designing around complex legal and policy constraints.
